Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, please file a claim with the shipping company for your loss. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, then the best thing to do is to send a photo of the product in question.  
Commissioned originals are non-refundable and sales are final upon your approval and acceptance for delivery. 

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all packages are insured and if the shipping services loses your package please file a claim with them to cover the loss. Please let us know if this has happened so that we can decide what to do about a replacement, especially if it was a commissioned original!
