Thank you so much for considering me to capture your loved one in a work of art. It is a joy and privilege to paint portraits for my clients. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due upon commission to schedule a completion date.

Commissioned Children and Adult Portraits

Generally portraits will be painted at approximately life size. Our chosen composition will ultimately determine the size of the canvas.

The prices below reflect the fees for one individual with a simple background and clothing.

Complex backgrounds are charged an additional 25%.

Each additional subject on the same canvas will be charged the original base price discounted 30% in addition to fee for a single subject.

Fees do not include travel, framing, shipping or sales tax. Reimbursement for travel expenses may apply, and will be discussed at the time that the work is commissioned. Other sizes are available upon request. Mary Sparrow Fine Art retains the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute prints of all original works unless requested by the client in which a 25% surcharge will be added to the list price of the commissioned work.
